Place 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend into a cloth tea bag or mesh infuser. Add to 8–10 oz of boiling spring water. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes. For stronger support, steep up to 15 minutes. Drink 1–3 cups daily or as directed.

Tried this Heavy Metal Detox Tea and the Parasite Cleanse Tea before deciding to start my full HPV Protocol. Protocol is actually worth the $250 since you get all of the teas but I was being cheap and on a budget. Did the heavy metal and parasite cleanse while fasting and it was worth it. Felt so much better. Now Im ready to start my full HPV protocol with this company. Will give a full review in 90 days. Gave a 4 star due to paper labels, my package got wet which was my fault but the Tea labels started fading. I highly suggest waterproof labeling but overall the teas are great.
