Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 30 business days, depending on the destination.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our offerings—including teas, tinctures, capsules, and wellness blends—all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity, safety, and hygiene of our herbal goods, and to ensure that no item is resold or redistributed after leaving our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at nuvitallifeinfo@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a replacement, standard shipping times and conditions apply.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. Some of our products fall under our Discreet Packaging Method, which ensures plain, unmarked shipping for privacy. We do not include invoices or packing slips inside the package. Please refer to your email order confirmation for product details. Illness names (such as herpes, fibroids, PCOS, etc.) will never appear on product labels. A secure digital guide with full instructions will be sent directly to your email after purchase to protect sensitive information.
Order Processing Time and Shipment
All orders require a processing time of up to 3 business days before shipment. Once processed, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method and time frame selected at checkout. June 1, 2025 - We've Added Chlorella
Starting June 1, 2025, all 4-Step HSV Protocol bundles will now include 2 oz. of Activated Charcoal powder for the Parasite Cleanse phase and 2 oz. of Chlorella powder in the Heavy Metal Detox phase to enhance the detox and binding process by supporting the removal of heavy metals and toxins at a cellular level.
If you placed your order before June 1, 2025, please disregard these changes and the Chlorella addition. Your protocol includes 4 oz. of Activated Charcoal, which serves as an effective binder and should be used during both the parasite cleanse and heavy metal detox phases.
Are your herbs organic or wildcrafted?
We use a combination of certified organic and ethically wildcrafted herbs sourced from trusted suppliers.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. All of our products are lab-tested through our certified vendors to ensure purity, safety, and effectiveness.
Why do tea and loose herb amounts look different?
Herbs vary in texture and weight. Some are fluffy, some are dense or powdered, and this can affect how full the packaging looks. The exact weight of each product is always listed on our website and in your invoice, so you can be assured you're receiving the correct amount.
How many tablespoons are in a 4 oz bag of loose herbal tea?
A 4 oz (by weight) bag of loose herbal tea contains approximately 90 tablespoons of dried herbs. This can vary slightly depending on the type of herbs in the blend:
Light, Fluffy Herbs: (like Mullein or Elderflower) may yield 115–140 tablespoons
Medium Density Herbs: (like Peppermint or Dandelion Leaf) typically yield 75–95 tablespoons
Dense Roots or Barks: (like Burdock Root or Sarsaparilla) may yield 40–60 tablespoons
At Nu'Vital Life, our blends often include a mix of light, leafy herbs and denser roots, so the average is around 65 tablespoons per 4 oz bag—perfect for about 60-70 servings, depending on your personal strength preference.
A standard guideline for loose-leaf herbal tea is 1 tablespoon of loose herbs per 1 cup (8 oz) of hot water.
For stronger brews or infusions" 1.5 to 2 tablespoons per cup, especially for roots, barks, or dense leafy herbs. However, 1 tablespoon is usually enough.
Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Can I take your products while on prescription medication?
We advise consulting with your holistic or functional medicine practitioner before combining herbal remedies with prescription drugs.
Do your products include usage instructions?

Do your detox products come with diet, usage, and timeline instructions?
Yes. Each detox or wellness product includes a complete digital guide with diet instructions, ingredients, storage tips, and safety notes. Our detoxes are safe for beginners when used as directed.
